It goes without saying that you still have many questions left concerning our possible cooperation and about how everything is being organized. Therefore, I summarize here the most frequently asked questions together with their answers and I let you discover how Art'Anna adds that extra touch of magic to your special day or event.  If you cannot find your question here, please contact me. How far in advance should we contact you?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE CONTACT YOU?

Ideally, we would like to start the first preparations a year and a half in advance. But don't let this discourage you from contacting us later. Please note that the shorter the deadline, the fewer locations will be available on your desired date.

We already know in which region we want to get married. Is that possible?

WE ALREADY KNOW IN WHICH REGION WE WANT TO GET MARRIED. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Of course. There is nothing you cannot choose yourselves. From the location to the chairs for the ceremony and the wine at dinner. We will look for suitable locations in the region you prefer. If you do not have a choice of region, we will search together for a place that suits you. We know Italy and France like the back of our hands.


Do you use fixed packages?

DO YOU USE FIXED PACKAGES?

No. All we do is tailor-made. We listen to your wishes and take your budget into account. From there, we organise a wedding weekend together with you that is just the way you want it.

How do we know if the location is as we wanted it?

HOW DO WE KNOW IF THE LOCATION IS AS WE WANTED IT?

You may choose it yourself. You may, but you do not have to. We have visited every location ourselves. A place we do not know or that we do not support 100%, you will not find in our proposals. Of course, it is always nice to have been there beforehand. And it is a good reason to make another trip.

Do you use local suppliers?

DO YOU USE LOCAL SUPPLIERS?

Yes, of course! We would love to. The more local, the better. A party catered for only by Flemish suppliers in the heart of Italy or France (or even Spain, Portugal or Austria) would be a bit weird, right? What we do with Art'Anna is create a total experience that is just as should.

We also know our suppliers personally from previous experience or after thorough screening. However, a local supplier is not recommended for all services. Think for example of the printing, the ceremony speaker. Over the years, we have also built up a reliable network of suppliers here in Belgium. This means that we can help you with this too.

What is your price-tag?

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE-TAG?

Because we do not work with fixed packages and each wedding is different, we also do not have a fixed price. Our rate depends on several factors, such as the size of the party, the duration of the event, the distance, etc. After our first meeting we will draw up a tailor-made offer. The starting amount for the full organization of your multi-day event in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal or Austria is 10.950 Euros. (excl. VAT, travel and accommodation costs).

What’s the budget needed to get married in Italy, France, SpAIN, POrtugal?

WHAT’S THE BUDGET NEEDED TO GET MARRIED IN ITALY OR FRANCE?

The total cost of your wedding depends on several factors: How many guests will you invite? How many days does the event last? Will you pay for overnight accommodation for your guests? What about transport?
Because so many factors play an important role in the cost, it is impossible to put a figure on it. But be realistic. If you want a weekend with 50 people, a budget of 50,000 Euros will not suffice...
