Because this couple wanted to get married on the shores of a lake or with a view on the water, we searched for quite some time for their dream location in the north of Italy. Eventually we dropped the entire water-idea and ended up in a beautiful castle villa in the middle of the Tuscan vineyards. During their first visit the couple was immediately overwhelmed by the location and the view. Since not everyone could stay overnight at the location, which was a conscious choice of the bride and groom, some of the guests could choose from a selection of picturesque hotels in the area. For many this proved to be a perfect opportunity to visit Tuscany and make a nice trip of it. In the church of Radda in Chianti, the nearest village, the ecclesiastical wedding celebration took place before a Belgian priest. For the wedding dinner, we hired a local caterer who served Italian specialties from start to finish. The wedding weekend ended with a pool party with pasta and ice cream.
